Dr. Weiming Chen was born on October 25, 1992. He received his PhD degree in Economics from Chinese University of Geosciences, Beijing in June 2019. From September 2017 to May 2019, he studied at University of Maryland-College Park as a joint PHD student. Now, He is a associate professor in the Center for Energy and Environmental Policy Research at BIT
