刘文玲，1984年生。北京理工大学管理与经济学院副教授，北京理工大学能源与环境政策研究中心研究人员。荷兰瓦赫宁根（Wageningen）大学-清华大学联合培养，环境经济与政策博士（2013年）。主要研究领域为个体与家庭能源消费行为与低碳转型、适应气候变化行为、可持续消费、区域低碳经济发展战略、高耗能行业温室气体减排路径等；侧重运用环境社会学分析方法，结合实地调研访谈等工具对居民等微观主体实践和行为选择机理进行研究。

目前主持国家自然科学基金1项；先后作为研究骨干参与“十一五”国家科技支撑计划课题、973计划课题、国家自然科学基金项目、国际合作、地方政府资助课题等多项。

目前在国内外能源经济与环境政策等领域发表学术期刊论文20余篇，多次参与撰写环境政策相关报告。Energy Policy, Journal of Cleaner Production, Journal of Rural Studies等国际学术期刊论文评审人。可持续消费研究和行动倡议（SCORAI）和全球可持续生产和消费研究论坛（GRF-SPC）中国工作组成员。
